Build and ship full-stack features with Node.js and React, taking ownership of everything from API design and database structure to the user-facing experience.

What you will do

Build and maintain full-stack features using Node.js, TypeScript and a modern React framework.
Design reliable APIs, database schemas and backend services that support our internal platforms.
Integrate authentication, third-party services and other system-level functionality.
Collaborate with the team to scope requirements, solve technical problems and deliver usable features.
Maintain code quality, troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.

What we are looking for

Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills, with hands-on experience building full-stack applications using Node.js.
Experience with a modern React framework, REST APIs and databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
You can turn product requirements into maintainable code and ship features independently.
Understanding of authentication, API security, testing and production deployment.
Based in Dhaka and happy to work onsite with the team.

What you will do

Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
Develop database models, optimize queries and maintain data integrity across our platforms.
Implement business logic, authentication, integrations and background processing.
Collaborate with frontend developers and internal stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
Write automated tests, investigate production issues and improve system reliability and performance.

What we are looking for

Strong Python skills and experience building backend applications or services.
Hands-on experience with a Python web framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Experience designing REST APIs, working with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
Understanding of authentication, data validation, automated testing and backend security.
You can break down complex requirements and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
Based in Dhaka and happy to work onsite with the team.
